YouthBorders is governed by a board of trustees who are responsible for the leadership of the organisation. This means they are responsible for:

• Determining the organisation’s strategy
• Ensuring the organisation is financially viable
• Ensuring the organisation complies with its company and charity law

Our Trustees are unpaid volunteers from the charity, public and private sectors, with both working and retired members.

We have a skilled and committed board  but we nonetheless welcome enquiries, particularly from anyone with financial, legal, social enterprise or HR expertise.
