Sound Foundation StudioIsh'uze Youth Action (IYA) is a youth lead organisation providing support,
entertainment, leisure, training opportunities and information for 10 - 25
year olds. At IYA young people have access to support & information,
internet-linked computers, play station & a variety of games, crafts &
materials, a full recording studio, DJing equipment and film bank.
The premises comprises a large multi-purpose area containing a "bar" area
with seating and fully equipped computers with broadband connection, TV,
DVD, Play Station and Dance Mats; a small office for meetings and One to One
work and a fully equipped recording studio.
The staff team comprises of a Project Manager, Music Leader, Film Maker, 2
Youth Workers and 2 Trainee Youth Workers.
The facility can be booked by any organisation, group or agency although
priority bookings will be given to those whose primary function is to work
with children and young people.

Drop-in sessions Wed 6 - 8pm & 8 - 9.30pm & Friday 7 - 9pm
Dance & Drama Group Friday 6 - 7 pm
Tuesday Music Club 5.30 - 8 pm
Individual Music Tuition & Recording Wed 6 - 8pm ,Thursday 5.30 - 8pm &
Saturdays
Young People's Management Committee Thursday 4.30 - 6pm
Bi-monthly Bands Nights
