Drop-ins
The Drop-ins provide the opportunity for peer support and to build a trusting relationship with Project Workers. Specific individual needs can be identified through issues raised at Drop-ins and young people can access one-to-one support to focus on those needs.

Positive Choices Project
The ‘Positive Choices' Project will work within Penumbra Youth Project with young people who have issues around self harm and suicidal behaviour. This project, through 1:1 sessions, drop-ins and social groups, will support and enable young people to develop their potential and make positive changes by equipping them with basic coping strategies and mechanisms to promote resilience to self harm. The ‘Positive Choices' Project will also seek to reduce stigma and raise awareness of self harm and the surrounding issues by working in partnership with other agencies.
