The Rezz (formerly known as the Dry Bar) is situated in situated in separate premises behind the Abbey Row Community Centre.
The premises have recently been extensively refurbished with young people in mind.
The accommodation comprises a multi-purpose area which is partly divided into two sections; with one section containing a "bar" area with seating ad the other section has additional seating. Male, female and disabled toilet facilities are also available.
There are also two fully equipped computers with broadband connection and a large TV with DVD and Freeview available.
The premises comply with current Disability Discrimination Act regulations.
The facility can be booked by any organisation, group or agency whose primary function is to work with children and young people. This may include:
- One to one sessions
- Groupwork sessions
- Advice and guidance sessions
- Drop-in sessions
- Meetings
- Counselling sessions
Booking priority will be given to face to face work with children and young people. However, workers from agencies or organisations who use the premises on a regular basis may be able to use the premises for administration tasks and meetings when the facility isn't being used for face to face work with children and young people.
The facility is available for bookings on a one-off or regular basis, seven days a week, 9am-5pm with some evenings available.
