This two-part workshop is aimed at those working with the over eights and will examine the effect of stress/emotional trauma on cognitive processes and young people’s behaviour particularly as they approach adolescence. It offers participants the opportunity to explore key aspects of reliance theory and how this effects young people’s ability to cope with transition from childhood to adolescence to adulthood.
