Within the Scottish Borders Integrated Children and Young People’s Services Plan 2005 – 2008, the Scottish Borders Children and Young People’s Planning Partnership highlighted their commitment to developing and implementing an integrated children’s service record for all children. This would encompass a single system for collecting and sharing information across all agencies.

Over the past 9 months a great deal of work has been undertaken to examine how we can achieve this and the project team have produced an Integrated Assessment, Planning and Recording process for children’s services in Scottish Borders.

The consultation on the piece of work is now open and we would very much like your feedback.
