Thank you to those who came to our first network meeting today, it was really good to see you. One of the main discussions we had was around what members would find useful and interesting for the network meetings and the following decisions were made:  (For future dates please see below)

• Input and updates from Locality Integration Managers at each meeting
• Updates on national strategies
• updates on local strategies and meetings (eg Children and Young People's Partnership) with the ability to report back in order that members get full representation at these meetings

We also discussed that the meetings be open to all youthwork practitioners and volunteers, and that future services we could facilitate would include peer support for managers, youth workers and volunteers.  Future Dates of network meetings which will be held at lunch time  (12.30 - 2pm): 28th Feb (langlee complex) 24th April (langlee complex) 26th June 28th August 23rd October 18th December Peer Support locality based meetings will be coming out in the New Year.Thanks and have a lovely Christmas and New Year from all of us at YouthBorders
