Its the 29th of February, a rare day that comes only once in a year that brings joy to women as, traditionally, they are allowed to propose to their counterparts and supposedly it is illegal for a man to say no or face a fine! So I write this newsletter to you hiding in an undisclosed location awaiting tomorrow!
*Straight From The News Desk*
Some informationn has just come in regarding a youth leader that works in Hawick that has been recently nominated for the Childrens Choice Awards that are to be held in Glasgow at the Center for Conventional Arts. Sian Anderson from Escape is this lucky person for 2008! The event itself will be recorded by BBC with some entertainment provided by the Borders-renouned Circus Skills.
We all hope you win Sian! GOOD LUCK

The consultation for this strategy is now over and we are working tirelessly to collate all the information gathered. So on behalf of all of us here in YouthBorders I would like to give a huge thanks to the youth groups who helped with informing young people of what we were doing, the youth workers whom without the consulation would not have been made possible and most of all a HUGE thanks to the young people all over the borders that gave their evenings to help us with this strategy!
THANK YOU
