Provides a service throughout the Borders helping young people, aged between 15-25yrs, overcome any barriers they face in finding training and employment.  In Touch staff will work alongside you to help you find out what sort of job you want; to get the job skills you need and to increase your confidence.  If you have a criminal record, we will offer you help to disclose this to an employer.
