Then come aboard with YouthBorders, The Rank Foundation and the Tall Ships Youth Trust/Jubilee Sailing Trust. 

The Rank Foundation has bursaries available to cover the cost of voyages and the related insurance costs.  

All you have to do is cover the travel costs for the young person (or even a staff member) to get to the port.  Information about the tall ships and the jubilee sailing trust can be found below.
